Steam meeting
Graz, 19. - 20. 9. 2009

We visited Steam meeting in Graz this year, too. We choose the second weekend,
because less models were on yard than firts weekend. The line was freer and we
could run and run. The weather was nice. First time that we visited Graz did not
were raining.
We brought three steam engines - Gromit, Ponava and Krzenowic. Electric engine
we left at home this time.

We can see different models within a two days - some noted to us, some unheard-of.
Some were active, some standed in depot only.

Helicopter Eurocopter EC-135 of Austrian police diversified Saturday afternoon.
This situation seem like current flight at the first, but helicopter touched down
downright to the midle park in a few moments. It shows punctuality of landing -
it embraced president of DBC Mr. Johann Sommer by skids. Landing was surprise for
all competitors but everyone watched resulting takeoff - traffic exclusion was proclaim
ad hoc.

There is an end to everything
|

Sunday afternoon came and we were about to leave. We had about a few hundret
kilometres on the way home. But hard nightly unloading of steam engines and wagons
was ahead of us mainly.
But we ran bellyful and marvellous weather was too - nicely autumn weekend anyway.
Our wifes visited "Aufsteirernfest" festival and they were absolutely satisfied.
We are looking forward to Graz.
